spin-off -- derived from the NBC soap opera "Another World"
(1964 - 1999) which see...Both were owned by Proctor and Gamble;
the arcs and plots diverged from the original series pretty
quickly so it was able to establish its own characters and
identity and hang on for six seasons...]
