    [Four years after he played the mischievous tyke "Dennis,
     The Menace", Jay North played a young man searching for
     his father, a missing big game hunter, in Africa; this
     series was based upon a motion picture which also starred
     Jay North and Clint Walker, which was filmed on location
     in 1965 and scored by Italian composer Riz Ortolani; the
     movie was distributed by MGM in 1966;

     The supporting cast of both the movie and TV series 
     included Sajid Khan and a baby elephant named "Maya";

     Worldwide at least eleven motion pictures were named "Maya" 
     produced between 1936 and 2001]
