(ABC Primetime, 1955 - 1957)
[a very unusual dramatic anthology when the times were less
politically correct -- this series dramatized the lives of
heroic clergymen of various faiths; Vincent Price and other
versatile actors played in different episodes]
[BMI title aka: "Crossroads End Title";
David Chudnow's MUTEL Music service supplied the music for
many low-budget series; His BMI publisher was Byron Music Co.;
In re-cycling cues for the MUTEL Music service, Chudnow hired
several composer/arrangers including Joseph Mullendore and
Herschel Burke Gilbert to "change a few notes" and re-arrange
cues used originally for B-movies at Monogram and other studios;
then Chudnow hired French conductor Georges Tzipine to conduct
the re-records using a 40-piece orchestra in Paris; In 2001,
the BMI database lists Main and End Titles composer credit
to both Tzipine (who was a conductor) and Mullendore who was
a respected veteran composer and ghost writer for Herschel
Burke Gilbert, whose Main/End Titles are listed below;
So it is not clear if all three sets of Main/End title credits
refer to the same music, or to two different THEMEs]

later credited to Joseph ("Joe") Mullendore (ASCAP/BMI)
