     co-produced and directed by a former child star whose name 
     was George Breakston, Jr.; This was the second series this 
     production team worked together on in Kenya; The first was 
     another Syndie -- "Adventures of a Jungle Boy" -- which see;

     In this one, John Bentley played fictional Inspector Paul Derek 
     tracking bad guys in the bush; Plots were thin and jungle 
     mystique was thick in these old formulaic potboilers...]
