The Man Who Never Was (espionage, starring Robert Lansing)

     (ABC Primetime, 1966 - 1967)

[Robert Lansing was the star of this spy story based upon
a rather improbable premise: the backstory goes that he
discovers a look-a-like millionaire who is mistakenly
killed by foreign agents; so he is forced to assume the
identity of the millionaire as "cover" for his continued
espionage activities and lives with the millionaire's
wife in the millionaire's house; some cover :-)

This series was filmed in several locations across
Europe; and lasted one season on American network TV]
